Pinnacle Strategies, Inc. was founded in 2000 by Robert M. Young. Rob envisioned a firm that places the focus on the business leader and their objectives. Each strategy is meticulously tailored to fit the distinct needs, wants and agenda of each business leader.

Robert M. Young, President
Rob began his career 35 years ago in Ontario, Canada with London Life (Canada’s leading provider of life insurance) and quickly advanced to Vice President.
In 1990, working with London Life he moved his family to Los Angeles, California to grow a recently acquired company called The Holden Group.
He has held senior vice president positions with Boston based Liberty Financial (a subsidiary of Liberty Mutual Insurance) and with Grand Rapids based Old Kent Financial Corporation (later acquired by Fifth Third Bank).
The decision to start Pinnacle Strategies, Inc. was a natural step in Rob’s career. Through a proven successful history working with attorneys, accountants and other professional advisors and using his extensive knowledge of insurance, mutual funds, and banking products with legal structures, accounting principles, and financial products, “customized” solutions can be created that offer business leaders truly remarkable results.
In addition to his passion for his work, Rob enjoys spending time with family and friends, the great outdoors, traveling, reading and always learning.

Rebecca began her career in Chicago after graduating with her Bachelors and Masters in Accounting from Michigan State University. She worked with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, and Miller, Cooper & Co. in the Chicago-land area.
During her time as a tax advisor, Rebecca developed a diverse tax knowledge that involved tax research, analysis, and strategy implementation specifically designed for business owners and their families.
In 2010, she joined Pinnacle Strategies, Inc., and has brought her unique tax experience and skill with working with various business leaders to build effective tactics to help them achieve both personal and business success.
Along with Pinnacle Strategies, Inc., Rebecca also enjoys spending time with family and friends, enjoying the Chicago lakefront, traveling and "staying green and growing."
